Hey everyone I am a 16 year old male and I absolutely love swimming and I think it is brilliant. I normally go about once a week for an hour, however, from now on ( seeing I have quite a lot of spare time on my hands at the moment ) I am going to increase the amount of going to 5 days a week so that is the equivalent of 5 hours a week.
I have quite a few questions so I would greatly appreciate if you could answer and give me some advice and tips:
Do you get results?
Will I be more toned, muscular or buff?
Will this help out with my fitness AND
Any other benefits from doing this? ( Please mention them)

OK.. so I got this 400m divers watch.. with water trapped on the inside.... so I decide to get it fixed.

The guy said $25 to get the water out... but I cant wear it in the shower.

The guy says another $25 to pressure test it... but it will take 30 minutes.

And it will need a new seal $10

So I agree and wait... an hour.

When I get back to the car.. parking fine for $79 issued 2 minutes before I got there.

For $139 could I have flown to Alaska and clubbed my own seal?

Nick vows to make this a happy Christmas for Noah & Sharon, b/c Sharon begins to lose faith in her marriage. When Sharon later admits to Nick that she is having a tough time forgiving Jack he reminds her that Jack did rescue them when they were all trapped in the rubble. He also syas he believes that Jack really loves her! Jack says he wants to change and admits he needs help in doing so, but where does he go for help and who comes to him......PHYLLIS!
