IIRC, some of the girls earn up to $200k per year but much of that is not from the actual aired episodes. There is a ton of marketing and public appearances and almost all of the girls model or act on the side. Also, DonD model contracts require them to spend an enormous amount of time committed to the show (not necessarily just to filming).
I've heard from the grapevine as low as $250 per episode (could be filmed, not necessarily aired) and as high as a few thousand.
USA Today says production costs per (aired?) episode run at around $700k and the largest expenses are talent (Howie and the models). My guess is that around $3k per episode is reasonable to assume.

Lol..yeah they dont do that much to be paid like 2M. Have u noticed how all of them seem to be ahem...well endowed? Isnt that like discrimination that they dont want the lesser endowed models?
