KT Tunstall "Through The Dark" is one I identify with, particularly the words, "It's coming apart", because it quite often seems that my life is.
Also, when I had upset someone I was very fond of, a while back, I just bought all the Enya albums and her beautiful voice in combination with my sadness at what I had done, brought me close to tears several times.
Also, when my Dad was in hospital after a heart attack, I bought the TLC album which was completed after the death of Lisa Lopez and wondered if I was about to lose a parent whilst listening to the remaining two girls singing tributes to their lost friend.

I've got several which aren't necessarily sad but that make me cry - here are some of the ones that make me cry

With or without you by U2 (just always gets me - awesome song)
How to save a life by The Fray (I dunno.. cos of the video maybe?)
No-one by Alicia Keys (it's just such a beautiful song and she is so talented)
Everybody Hurts by REM (don't have to explain)
Somewhere over the rainbow by Eva Cassidy (it's beautiful, touching and seeing the video and thinking about her life sets me off the most - RIP Eva)

I'm sure there are many others - I'm so soppy like that..

[edit] Oh and someone mentioned The Blower's Daughter - pretty much ANYTHING by Damien Rice gets me in tears [/edit]

Nessan Dorma especially when sung by Pavarotti always makes me cry ,he had a once in a lifetime voice and it is just the sheer emotion of the song that comes through to me even though i do not understand the words.Another one that gives me a big lump in the throat is Old Shep by Elvis,it hits me cos i know how sad it is to lose your dog.

Vince Gill's "Go Rest High On That Mountain." A good friend was killed in a car accident about 10 years ago and that song was played at his funeral.
