No, as I feel mother's slapping or hitting her child is out of love and with a good reason. This requires no intervention from an out sider. Yes, only if I felt the things are getting a bit too harsh.

Just today I saw a mother yell at her 3 kids to calm the F**k down...I told her she was the only one that needed calming down...she turned red and walked off

No, as a mother I know its none of my business. Now if she is beating the kids for no reason I might.

yes i would. esp with all the horror stories we hear on the news about some child or baby being killed by the hands of an parent or caregiver.

Yes, I have no problem with disciplining a child, however, I do have a problem with abuse, and to me this would be abuse.
