Depends upon the leniency you place on the word "friend".
I don't call many people friends, because to me, a friend is someone I can trust to be there for me, and someone that trusts me to be there for them. Unfortunately the only thing you can ever trust a drama queen to do is cause more drama.
Many people may have a different view though, or simply place trust more readily. In which case they would consider me their friend (I'm too nice for my own good at times...)
That's my 2 cents.
