For example, my favorite bad guy is Dr. Evil. BUT, the scariest one is probably Bill 'the butcher' Cutting from gangs of new york.

The girl who sings it sounds like the girl in DJ Sammy's songs. Trance, techno kind of thing. I can't remember the lyrics since it was hard to understand. Something about a girl being happy with being friends with some guy.
