Not only for a Car. It depends on what was behind the driver or passengers, if another driver drives a funny coloured car, others would laugh, but if Someone drives it, the car gets all the attentions, and everyone became silent-ed. It would get applause and become the new trend.

I think this lime green on the yahoo banner is pretty bad
puke purple is bad
hand painted with spray paint is always up there
let's see, the worst, ugliest color?

I think if you mix mayo and catsup. that pinky pukey color.
with chunks of red relish it, like you might put on a hamburger?
