I like a good action flick, and am fully aware that most of them are more 'a fun ride' or an exhibition of machismo than actually revolving around the evolution of cinema.

However, have any action films ever won critical acclaim on a serious level? That is to say real 'action' features, as opposed to 'action thrillers' or features from other genres that might have the odd action-orientated scene.

Are such films ever taken seriously? Thanks

Shame on Kim Bassinger as well for making a family issue public, she's the real "pig" in my opinion. We all know Alec has a hot temper, but Kim seems to be working under malice and media manipulation.

Also, I've been called worse by my folks!

My husband does most of the cooking....he cooks really good too :)

Last night I came home from work and there was so much food !!! When he does cook he cooks as if we've go like 20 people coming over so there is way too much food for just us. When he cooks I try to resist all the food but can't and then afterwards I feel like I've just gained 10lbs from all that!!!
