Dad as we speak is on his way to go get Mom and bring her home. I'll spend my weekend at their house taking care of her.

First, I have to order a replacement window for the broken one in my art studio. Then, I have to remove all the old, dead flowers from my gardens, pull some weeds, and re-mulch all the flower beds. The donkey needs to be brushed, the tractor needs to be started (cross your fingers!) and the tent must be found before next weekend's garage sale. Brian (my step-son) may or may not have a gig, and if it's local, his father and I will attend. (He plays the drums). The yard needs to be raked, and the cover removed from the pool. For fun - especially if the weather is nice - we will have a barbecue this weekend, and some family will stop by. Maybe we'll catch a movie (probably not) and maybe I will get into my studio and cut some glass. That's about it.

My husband and I have both been working 2 jobs due to some unexpected bills. Sunday will be our first day off together in a while. I am filling the master bedroom with candles and food and flowers, we have a large TV in there so we may not even leave except to visit the adjoining bath.

There are some Earth Day activities going on in this town this weekend so I might take my daughter and granddaughter to check them out. The weather is supposed to be beautiful!

Cycling this weekend with a bunch of folks in New England ... first nice weekend in a few weeks so we're planning a 26 mile trek on a scenic route with stopovers for lunch and bio-breaks...

Tonight there is a possibility I may take my older friend to the mall. She's in her 60's and doesn't drive. We've been friends for over 22 years.
Tomorrow, I am supposed to go with my best friend to pick out oufits and shoes to wear on our trip next weekend.
On Sunday, it's church and watching movies from Blockbuster.

well tomorrow i am going out on a boat with some guy i always talk to at my local bar and i am bringing two of my girlfriends with me cuz ya gotta give the old chap something to look at if he is spending his cash! we are going down to the city and docking up there. not sure bout sunday....
