Creme Brulee!
I've mastered every step of the recipe I use so that it turns out perfectly every time. The texture is always silky smooth and the caramelized topping is always nice and thick and crisp. I can use low fat ingredients too if desired without altering the taste or look. And it always presents so well. There's just something about this dessert that makes people happy they came to dinner. And it's really so easy to make.

I love this cake called Death by Chocolate
It is an oreo cookie crust with a layer of chocolate mousse followed by a layer of chocolate meringue followed by another layer of mousse topped with chocolate ganache and shaved dark and white chocolate.
OMG it is too die forâ¥

I love Chicago town chocolate cake, put a slice in the microwave and then serve with vanilla ice cream. Its absolutely lush - just had some now. Yum Yum

Peanut butter parfait cake. Peanut butter,cream cheese chocolate shavings, devil food cake and peanuts and white chocolate pudding. SINFUL!!!!

mine has got to be a chocolate shake, with mousse and a cherry from oberweis!!! its something in that shake that is MIND CONTROLLING because i use to crave one in the DEAD of winter lol especially when they top it off with a chocolate wafer.......it puts me on CLOUD 9 baby! :) you all should try it sometimes!
