...I have a hard time with this. Always make some joke or commetn. Someone says "you look so nice" I say You need glasses. How can you correct this is a personality? I blush and feel uncomfortable with complimets. any suggestions???

Guess when you dont hear thigs often maybe once you start it is strange to the ears??

Back a hundred years ago, if you were a woman you had to wash the dishes individually by hand instead of having a dishwasher do them. Women also had to wash each piece of clothing by hand, spend a lot longer time preparing meals (on the farm animals had to be cut up and defeathered, milked, etc.) and many other things that kept them working hard. I think many of today's women are depressed because they aren't getting enough exerecise with all these modern appliances. Not only that, but it gives women a lot of free time to just sit around and be bored or just think about depressing things. Do you think it would be a good idea for women to go back to manual labor for doing these chores?
