GUESSING-
1.If he was there on the sea-shore...then he would also see her("she")..and the see-saw...provided see-saw is not any magical one........
FORCIBLY APPLYING LOGIC-
2.he is blind....not literally...but if he goes with "she" kind of lady, who is not interested in beach-sighting, but in see-saw....he has to b blind!!!!
EXCLUDING COMMON SENSE-
if She Saw a See-Saw on Sea-Shore then he aw a ee-aw on the ea-hore!!!!
