Sure Don Imus said a stupid thing but that's no reason to fire him or drag him "through the mud" so to speak.

Michael Richards, Mel Gibson, Chris Rock, and Snoop Dogg have said way worse things than what Imus said on the air. He apologized and I believe that people need to accept it and get over it. People say stupid stuff all the time.

Chris Rock has said stuff that is worse than what Imus has said...and he still has a job.

Do you believe that people are looking to be offended and have their 15 min. of fame (in the case of the Rutgers U. basketball team)? I mean, if you're that offended about it, say something and then just leave it be. And that goes for both Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, who have said their share of racial comments.

He made a mistake; we all have. He made a couple of mistakes; we all have!!!

He does a lot of good things for charitable causes!!

He made a public apology and is making a private apology.

Do you think we should boycott his sponsors to prevent him from being fired?
