I love it :) I can hop in my husband's lap and he will run his fingers through my hair and I can put my head on his chest and just fall asleep :) *sigh*

When I was married, yes, this was nice and cozy. I also loved it in reverse, when he would lie his head on my lap and I could run my fingers through his hair and lovingly on his face.

About 15 years ago, she fell asleep on my lap on my leg. I fell asleep too. She turned over during the night and my leg was asleep. The pain was so intence, I had no control of what followed. I tried to stand up. She fell off the couch and hit the foot, whose leg was asleep. Now there was a pain in my thigh and on my foot. I tripped and fell forward, hit the edge of the TV with my cheek, my head bounced off of the TV and hit the coffee table, what happened after that, I don't know.
An EMT woke me up with some smelling salts. I had a busted nose, a black eye, one hellava concussion and blood all over the living room floor. Of Lisa, she was taken home and charged, no lie, with spousal abuse.
Yeah, its funny now, but then, we hadn't even been intimate yet, and the odds looked mighty slin that we ever would.
So, there's a rule. No sleeping on legs on a couch.

If I sat in my husbands lap, when I got up, I would have to call the fire department and ask them to bring the jaws of life so they could get him out of the couch.
He would do better to sit in my lap and let me rub his hair.
