A painting contractor was speaking with a woman about her job. In the first room she said she would like a pale blue. The contractor wrote this down and went to the window, opened it, and yelled out "green side up!"

In the second room she told the painter she would like it painted in a soft yellow. He wrote this on his pad, walked to the window, opened it, and yelled "green side up!" The lady was somewhat curious but she said nothing.

In the third room she said she would like it painted a warm rose color. The painter wrote this down, walked to the window, opened it and yelled "green side up!" The lady then asked him, "Why do you keep yelling 'green side up'?" "I'm sorry," came the reply. "But I have a crew of blondes laying sod across the street."

A drunk was sitting in a bar, and says, "Bartender! Give me another drink."

The bartender shakes his head and says, "No you’re already drunk."

"Well," the drunk says. "How about if I show you something really neat? Then, will you give me another drink?"

"Ok," the bartender says. "It will have to be spectacular."

The drunk takes a small saxophone and a frog out of his pockets and sets them on the bar. The frog picks up the saxophone and starts playing a jazzy song. The bartender says that is worth a drink. The drunk guzzles it down, and asks for another drink.

"You can’t have another one," the bartender says. "You've had to many already."

"If you let me have another drink I'll show you more spectacular than the frog," says the drunk. The bartender laughs at the drunk but he agrees to give him just one more drink. The drunk pulls out a hamster and puts it up on the bar beside the frog. The frog begins to play the saxophone again, and the hamster begins to sing to the music. The bartender laughs, and sits another drink on the bar.

Another guy who was seated next to the drunk watching the show, says to him, "You've got an amazing team there. I'll give you $1,000,000 for them right now."

"They are not for sale," the drunk says.

"Ok, $1,000,000 just for the frog."

"He’s not for sale."

"Ok, $1,000,000 just for the hamster."

The drunk says ok, so the guy gives the drunk the money and walks out of the bar.

The bartender, shocked and confused asks the drunk, "Why did you sell the hamster? You broke up an amazing team!"

"No I didn’t," the drunk says. "You see, the frog's a ventriloquist.

It was the first day of school for the kindergarten class; as the
teacher walked in the classroom, she noticed something was written on
the chalkboard: 'T T T 1 A'. She looked at the children and said,
"Who wrote this?" Little Keith raises his hand and says, "I did,
teacher." "Well, what does that mean, Keith?" asked the teacher.
Keith answers, "It means, 'To The Teacher 1 Apple'," and with that,

I love Gwen and love No Doubt I bought her first solo cd when it came out a couple of years back and absolutely loved it! Played the heck out of it! Then for Christmas my friend gave me Gwen's latest cd and I really do not like it. The music just isn't as good as was on "Love, Angel, Music, Baby" I really, I mean REAALLY hope that after this one she goes back to making music with her No Doubt bandmates. I also read in Rolling Stone last night that in two months, she's only sold a little over 700,000 units. So maybe lots of other folks feel the same as I do. What do you all think of the cd?
