everytime you enter she says hi! and automatically smiles with a bright face (even though you're not buying anything at that time)...... does this mean there's something? ;-)

Usually no, she is paid to be really nice and friendly to all the customers by smiling and being cheerful. But if you like her maybe you should just ask her out, maybe she is just shy and scared to ask you out when she is at work.
