All that happens in each episode now is Yvette calls all the ghosts sh*ts then they push a glass round and round a table.

Facts are - Derek Acorah was proved to be a phony - most of the first couple of series where it was claimed that he had no knowledge of the places visited were proved to be lies - He had indeed been to most of the places on another show before the onset of Most Haunted!

Secondly, I attended Most Haunted Live at Elstree studios (because my wife was fascinated by the shows findings). It was a joke - Audience members were asked if they had questions for the 'stars'. Those that put their hands up were GIVEN questions to ask - not allowed to ask their own questions. So the so-called stars had knowledge of what was coming. In the event at Elstree, Karl Beattie ADMITTED in front of the audience and viewers that he had lied about his career to get into film work! Hardly bodes well for the programmes factual reporting! How can what he says be taken seriously!

A lot was made of ORBS at the event - well, whilst sitting there I counted at least FORTY orbs floating around - bits of dust caught in the lights was the actual fact in hand!

During the event, many people got up and left in disgust and the show organisers hurriedly offered people walking by outside the empty seats!

Then you have to ask yourself the big question - why, after so many reports of ghostly happenings in the visited locations, do the 'ghosts' become shy and not show themselves!!!

All the throwing of stones and such, can be put down to some faker in the background making the show viewable! Again, ask a question - If ghosts exist and create cold spots - why are the stones shown up as hot on the heat sensing equipment?

It is a con and a marketing ploy (£25 for a T Shirt) for people who have nothing else to believe in when the inevitable comes knocking at the door - the only certainty in life is that, at some point you are going to die!

I am not saying that there are no spirits - I have witnessed several accounts at a friends house (very old) that I cannot explain but, I will say that the emphasis on the Most Haunted team to prove something exists after death is mis-placed, mis-guided and a blatant attempt to con you, the viewer into the lie!

There has not been one piece of evidence offered up by the team that even goes close to proving the existence of spirits!

Personally I thought Derek made the show, People say that he's a fake but if that's the case aren't they all? Either that or the ghosts are playing silly beggars with the lot of them. I don't watch it now its not as interesting without him there. But doesn't Derek have his own road show now? Ghost Towns, or something.

It's much better. The programme had turned into the Derek Acorah Show. A right farce and parady of itself it had become.

What a performer! Any ghosts in the same room as him would have to become manifest in full sheet-and-chains with Extra "WOOOOO!!" to avoid being upstaged.

i understand he and Yvette did no longer get on off-exhibit screen, and that he has his on crappy coach now to boot. did no longer understand he became sacked for faking, yet frankly i'm no longer stunned - he became as sparkling as an Everest window! It became a great coach in he initiating, yet fairly relatively, it relatively is uninteresting now, purely Ms Fielding and her friends scaring the daylights out of themselves and screaming like little ladies on the slightest noise or shadow.

This explains why he left and why he is a charlotain. Most haunted is much better since he left and David Wells arrived.
