I love Gwen and love No Doubt I bought her first solo cd when it came out a couple of years back and absolutely loved it! Played the heck out of it! Then for Christmas my friend gave me Gwen's latest cd and I really do not like it. The music just isn't as good as was on "Love, Angel, Music, Baby" I really, I mean REAALLY hope that after this one she goes back to making music with her No Doubt bandmates. I also read in Rolling Stone last night that in two months, she's only sold a little over 700,000 units. So maybe lots of other folks feel the same as I do. What do you all think of the cd?

I totally agree with the person who answered who talked about her being a down to earth person. That is something I've always admired about her is that she seems very real and her fame and fortune hasn't appeared to affect her in an adverse way.

It is not her best work. Should i even call it work. She needs to spend less time in Japan as her Muse.

The new cd she made is really nice! but I hope in the future she goes back to No Doubt

You know I just love her music period!! She's from Orange County, which is two town's away, from where I'm from, and one county away!! But,, one of the reason's I like her so much is she's just so down-to-earth, period!! And it doesn't have anything to do with the fact she & I share the same birthday, either!! But, she's just as layed back as they come! Celebrity Life, hasn't gone to her head, and I love Celebrities like her, that aren't all conceded, such as "Paris Hilton" you know!!! And Gwen can sing anything, and I'll like it!! She's like Cher, or Carol King, or Elton John, that way, for me!! They all can sing or write just about anything, and its because I love the sound of thier voice, that I love hearing them sing, no matter what the song is!! Smile!!!

I dont like it that much but The Sweet Escape song is catchy. A little annoying though.
