"It doesn't seem to make much sense said Peggy's father. "What's the big idea?"
"Transliteration," said Peggy.
"Absurd, my good girl. There's not nearly enough material."
"I knew you'd say that," said PEggy, grinning. "Have a go, all the same. It has been described as too wonderful."
Can you-with the aid of the hint-transliterate Peggy's cipher?

I personally have done a few that were awesome!!!

My frnds and i were at a slumber party, and we were all prank calling, and this one chick called these people at 1:00 am and she was like
"HELLO. CONGRATULATIONS. U have won 1000 bottles of mustard. HELLO CONGRATULATIONS. U have won 1000 bottles of mustard" about 13 times, and then she was in the middle of "CONGRATULATIONS" when they finally hanged up.

then at onother sleep over. i called the Donimos pizza place around 9 pm. and we odered it for my neighbor, who i absoultly could not stand. when we were done odering we all went out side and waited for the pizza guy to come. It was such a site 2 see Mr. Phan's face when he answered that door to a pizza man with 13 pizzas in his arms. and the worst part is that he had to pay for it all. O it was funny!!!
