Yes, My best friend her name was Laura. She was coming from California to Texas to surprise me. Her dad had called me to tell me so I wouldn't have any other plans made and on the way to see me she died in a car accident. It was terrible. I feel like it was my fault, becasue we had promised that we would try to see each other once a year and we missed a year and it was her turn to come and she died. I loved her so much. We grew up together and so now I never like for people to say they may surprise me by popping in for a visit I always have them confirm if they are coming or not.

Only once really, a friend was supposed to meet me for lunch, never showed or called, I ate and left and then I found out later that day, she was in the hospital. Meeting me was the last thing on her mind and rightly so.It happens.

Yes. I was supposed to meet my friend for dinner but she had to work late and didn't tell me. So I was waiting outside the restaurant for 30 min.

My Mr. Right still hasn't shown up, if that counts!!.... hahah, but I'm only 19 so it's okay

A female friend, a couple of times. She can't remember my cell phone # unless I don't want her to call. The rest of us went on without her.

Yes. I cried. I felt alone & stupid. I waited everytime he said he was coming too. Got all dressed up...then...nothing. Very sad.
