I was watching the view on youtube and posters doesn't seem to like Star Jones...and she got fired, but I don't know the reason why?

And why is it that everyone is happy that she's gone? What did she do?

Why is it that when an African american singers (such as Patti labelle or Fantasia) Belt and sing loudly and hit powerful high notes in full voice do people from other races say they're screaming? Most African American voices are louder and more powerful...so why do a lot of people say that belting is screaming?
