do you love romance or melodrama movies seriously?

if one prefers the italian Giallo Horrorfilms, it is absolutely absurd to say the melodrama romance is very sweet...and so do I.
no matter what the taste look like. it is only my humble opinion
is it a effect of psychological sense ?

I need a gift idea for my mom! she's not your average late 40's kinda mom?
