How many people are still drying clothes on the outside lines instead of a dryer.

I hang my sheets out because i like the "fresh" smell

I always use my dryer because we all suffer from hayfever and hanging stuff on the line would make us even more miserable....I have friends that do use clothes lines all summer long. Friends of ours were in Spain this summer and they said people there dont own clothes dryers..that utilities are just too expensive and everyone has their clothes on a line...

Sadly I use a dryer, but I love the small of clothes that dry on a line. I live in Michigan, so there is only about 3-5 days a year that we can actually dry our clothes outside.....That includes summer and spring, it sucks in Michigan!

We use the dryer most of the time! My mom hangs some clothes outside if it takes too long to dry or if it makes a lot of racket in the dryer... :-)

no i have not done that in many years not since my school years 25 year ago i do have a dryer thank you.bu there is nothing wrong with having a clothing line out back

I much prefer the outside line, I like to save the energy & I like the clothes dried like that, I love scratchy towels too.

I still do sometimes, during the nice weather. I especially use the line for airing out the camping gear, (tent, sleeping bags)
I don't like the line for towels, no matter how much fabric softener you use, they still seem to come out scratchy.

In the summer time yes I do, saves on electricity, and smells great too, but in the winter time I use the dryer

We use dryer except for blankets and other similar cloths on lines.

back home, we stil hang our clothes outside after taking them out of d dryer..
our dryer doesnt dry clothes 100% so we still need 2 hang it somewhere..

I have a clothes line out on the balcony, because I have no room for a tumble drier.
