My daughter is learning to play the guitar and I need to buy her one - can anyone tell me a decent brand and approximately how much I should pay for a beginner's guitar? Any recommendations for shops in the Sutherland Shire that sell guitars would also be helpful.

Is there a website that allows easy searching for bands/artists based on search criteria such as voice type, time period, and genre?

If not.

I am looking for more music.. Falsettos only (thus male singers only), rock/prog/alternative/pop metal/dark wave, preferably still making music.

Any ideas?
Or at least a place to look?

here it is....

A blonde had just gotten a new sports car and was out for a drive when she accidentally cut off a truck driver. He motioned for her to pull over. When she did, he got out of his truck and pulled a piece of chalk from his pocket.
He drew a circle on the side of the road and gruffly commanded the blonde "stand in that circle and DON'T MOVE!". He then went to her car and cut up her leather seats.
When he turned around she had a slight grin on her face, so he said "Oh you think that's funny? Watch this!" He gets a baseball bat out of his truck and breaks every window in her car.
When he turns and looks at her she has a smile on her face. He is getting really mad. He gets his knife back out and slices all her tires.
Now she's laughing. The truck driver is really starting to lose it. He goes back to his truck and gets a can of gas, pours it on her car and sets it on fire.
He turns around and she is laughing so hard she is about to fall down.
"What's so funny?" the truck driver asked the blonde.
She replied, "Every time you weren't looking, I stepped outside the circle!"

Hi there, I am desperatley trying to find a song that was used in Australia to advertise on Foxtell tv. I can provide a link with a short sample of the song:

It is from someone else who is also trying to find this song. It was used alot in advertising and also on the series "Largo Winch" on the pilot episode, yet no-one seems to have the faintest idea which song this is. The lyrics are "Hmmmm, Hmmmm, open up your eyes, Hmmm, Hmmm, Love is here to find. I have tried all the lyric sites available, I have contacted Foxtell, I have had zero luck.

I am thinking about switching back to Directv. I want ot make sure that I can:
1. Watch and record 2 different programs at once
2. Set up a season ticket so I can record a show no matter when its on or what channel.

I did this with Directv in the past I just want to make sure it hasnt changed.
I hate comcast.
