What were those bears that used to drink their magic potions so that they could bounce through the forest? It was a Disney cartoon but I can't remember the name....
I basically watched all of the Disney shows...Chip n' Dale, Darkwing Duck, Duck Tales, Talespin, etc. Their theme songs were pretty fun to sing and actually had a little bit of hip hop in the beats..lol.

Dungeons and Dragons
The Get-Along Gang
Garfield
Muppet Babies
Chip & Dale's Rescue Rangers
Shirt Tales
The Littles
These are in no particular order.. I just went down memory lane browsing others' answers and I can't believe how many people remember some of the same cartoons I do. Hey, though, what was Unico? I wonder... There was this cartoon movie my librarian showed in the mid 80's about a little unicorn. Does anyone happen to know what I'm talking about? Anyway, I'm sure there are more I didn't see on the list, including all the Disney cartoons like the Little Mermaid ones and all that, some I've never seen but would have loved, and so on, but I've given a pretty good list.

"Under The Umbrella Tree" (not a cartoon, similar to Fraggles) - does anyone remember that show.. sometimes I think it's a figment of my imagination, but I loved that show. The Care Bears. Garfield. I loved Ducktales, oooo! Muppet Babies. Inspector Gadget. When I got a little older, Ren & Stimpy, Rocko's Modern Life.. Ahh! Real Monsters and Doug.. Animaniacs. Yeah that's enough. I still watch cartoons too.

I loved to watch Rocky and His Friends, that became various other incarnations like the Bullwinkle Show. The characters on these shows were so sarcastic and clueless that even a young child could get the plot ahead of them! I think my passion for puns was started by these awful scripts.
Also, later I liked to watch George of Jungle, the Schoolhouse Rock series, and Scooby Doo. These had silly but catchy lyrics, and would find myself watching them with the younger kids, humming right along.
And in my toddler-hood, my mother tells me that I would stay up all night watching old reruns of Crusader Rabbit and his sidekick Raggs the Tiger. The operative thing here was they caught my attention, kept me quiet, and so let my parents get some badly needed rest. I still think I remember some of the story lines. LOL
