I'm looking for the quote used in the tv series 'Scrubs' they. It is in episode 88 titled "My bosses free haircut" season 4. It's a quote I live by but can't remember the exact words. The scene is when Kelso brakes down the hospital door down. There is a big girl in bed & she is about to have an operation to solve her weight loss but its dangerous. She didn't need the operation. She just needed to get off her ass and do the hard work but she wanted to take the easy way out. Turk is about to give up on his marriage. But kelso gives the big girl some advise "the quote" which relates to both of them. Something on the lines of "Anything of value is never easy to come by". It's not the exact words. I need the exact words. Thanks, would appreciate it.

Some would say that I'm in love with myself. But why is that a bad thing. Everytime I look in the mirror I'm happy. When I get a compliment I just accept it. I don't question it. I am proud that I'm often the top of my class. Even if I'm not I'm still proud of what I achieved. I know I have some flaws. But I don't hate myself for it. I

By the way I don't think I'm better than anyone else. Self-love doesn't equal superiority complex.

My husband can't unless he concentrates, and even then it is more of a conscious lifting of the cheek and lowering of the eyebrow. It's too funny, and endearing. I'd never thought of anyone not being able to wink until I met him. Can you? Or is it an effort?

i notice that wen some artistes do sumthing different, it creates a big fuss. take nelly fertardo, for example. her new album is more party than indie as she usually does. norah jones' album 'feels like home' ppl criticized for being more country. these ppl r MUSICIANS, not strictly blues or indie performers. i think that its good wen an artist tries sumthing new to see wat they r capable of. yes some of the fans who fell in love with their first albums might be a bit dissapointed, but i think they should embrace the new concept bcuz they still hav the ability to pull it off! but wat do u think?
