"What came first: the chicken or the egg?" is a loaded question. It assumes that one of the two actually came first. No one has ever proved this. It is entirely possible that an unbroken chain of chickens and eggs stretches back forever into history. This does of course assume that it is not known for certain whether or not there was a beginning of history (i.e. divine genesis, big bang, etc.)

Yes yes... I know this one.
You see, it is a classic question that has been argued for generations. But I have the answer.
It was an idea that the eggs formulated quite a long, long time ago. Please understand that they had been working on the problem for quite some time before they arrived at what we would now believe to be the obvious answer... The eggs were in need of a reproductive system that they could rely upon in order to insure the existence of their kind. After years of hard deliberation, trials and whatnot, the answer came. This new answer, a first-ever method of egg reproduction, was credited to Eleanor Egg and Humpty Dumpty who initially managed to complete the cycle successfully - albeit, that their first chicken looked more like a sheep than a chicken. They had, nonetheless, produced the worlds first chicken which in it's turn yielded a rudimentary egg and soon afterward, perfectly formed ovid-shaped eggs... It was from that time forward that the term chicken egg came into vogue, and the egg reproduction method has remained successful ever since.
If you have any other questions of this nature I will be happy to lend you assistance.
