the completed wall would first have to be demolished then the following maths would give you the answer you want.7@16=5.5 # 14@8=2.75 # 1@8=2.75by14=38.50
Answer is 38.5 days.

You would be better employing women regardless of your answer {women can do any job in a quarter of the time it takes man to think about it in the first place }
