No they don't.
Perfect example is someone who calls him/herself by various names and asks absurd questions about "her" "hillbilly life" in a "trailer park".
S/he then uses another ID to answer favourably. Several of the identities have been suspended but there are more, and even though Yahoo has been sent numerous abuse reports, those IDs are still being used to post garbage along the lines of "a pit bull raped me while I napped naked on my lawn".
Do you think that is the purpose of having this site? I don't. Yet - Yahoo has not moved.
As for notions of any limitations being censorship,. let's remember that someone who develops a site that has specific purposes is perfectly within his/her rights to institute rules and regulations concerning usage of the site.
Much as one might admire freedom of speech, that freedom is not limitless, no matter how ardently one might want it to be so.

No, I don't think they're quick enought to edit the really offensive questions that people in their right minds wouldn't ask. Otherwise, I can deal with the ignorant and stupid questions...for the most part, I believe in freedom of speech.
