Although I wasn't living in NY at the time it happned, I grew up in NY. I realize a lot of time has passed, but I feel a movie should never have been made about what happened. I think it's disrespectful to the families. I haven' t seen the movie.... I don't know if the proceeds are going to relief funds, or whathaveyou.... I don't know if they got permission from families. All I'm asking is ... do you think it was disrespectful to make a movie about this?

My girlfriend does that all the time when she's barefoot at home. I used to think she was weird, but she told me that a lot of other girls do that too. I went to a party at someone's house yesterday, and by golly, what my girlfriend said was true!

It's only true for bare feet though. Everyone I know walks normally in shoes.

But why is that so? Is it some natural reflex, some "girls' thing", or something to do with high heels?

Has anyone noticed that ever since Mel Gibson made those comments about Jews, there have been more and more of his movies on TV lately?

Right after it happened, TBS was playing Lethal Weapon movies almost every day and right now, I'm watching Ransom on Cinemax.


Is the media doing this because they want us to see Gibson in a good light? Or because they want us to be thinking about him?

I bet very few. So why should we let Mel Gibson use that as an excuse? Wouldn't you respect him much more if he just admitted that he is anti- Semitic, and was going to try and educate himself and change his ways?

Blaming it on being drunk is a cop out in my eyes.

I thought that was a pretty good show, and last season it ended witha cliff hanger and guess what?? It's not renewed for another season. WTF!!! Why do shows end in cliff hangers if they are not coming back. TV execs. are a**-holes! They do this all the time...pisses me off.

When will the type of music today change. No a days Rap and Hip Hop seem to be the most popular. When will this music fade away? All music seems to fade away. With the Oldies type music from the 50's, classic Rock from the 70's, Metal hair bands for the 80's, and Boy bands from the 90's. it seems like everything is about rap and hip hop. When do you think that this type of music will fade away and what new type of music do you think will take over? This type of music will be around but It wont be #1 forever.
