looking ugly in physical is one sort of UGLY
Looking ugly in heart is another type of ugly.
Having worst characters and conduct is a type of Ugly.
Having bad thinking in mind is a sort of UGLY.
One who cheats others and himself is a sort of ugly.
If u found anyone containing all the above things in himself then he may match for ur question "PRETTY UGLY".

well yeah, the word pretty is an adj. not meaniing beutiful, but little, so that person is a little bit ugly. and it may also mean a codominance situation where the person is Okay, not preety nor ugly.:p

hha..uhmm i htink there can be, theres either 2 explinations for this: either you can be pretty ugly meaing that you can be very ugly or you can OR it can mean that you can be pretty on the inside and ugly on the outside or ugly on the inside and pretty on the outside. hah i hope this is good enough for you. pick me?

boy smiles and looks at her: "yeah of course"
girl: "Really?"
boy: "Yeah, of course you're pretty.....
girl smiles
......pretty ugly" boy continues.
Pretty is referred to there as "how much" sort of.
For example..Is the floor wet still?
Yeah it's still pretty wet.
By saying that it doesnt mean that the floor is pretty and also wet..just wet...but not soaked either.
