I finally got to see Superman Returns and for the most part I was impressed with the movie, the story flowed along at a nice steady pace and the special effects were amazing, especially the near plane crash scene at the beginning of the film.

However, I felt that Lex Luthors goal of building an island for rich holiday makers poorly conceived by the writers, so much about this scenario just didn't add up, such as where was this alien technology that he possesed that could actually defend his waterside property. All it took was a few blasts from Superman's eyes to send Lex running. Any fighterjet could have done the same.

Lois Lane was right, the story should have focused more on the blackout rather than on Superman, that way we would have had a plot to follow! Clark Kent didn't make much of appearance either. That was a mistake.

Is it just me or what? Don't get me wrong I do not keep watching them but i will when they first start. On most shows it's a competition and if you clearly have a winner why do they have Judges. Take this new one that's about to start Super heroes i've seen the previews more like Super Zeros

I want to make a personalized CD collection for my friend for her birthday, but she doesn't listen to a lot of music. She likes Promiscuous - Nelly Furtado, Temperature - Sean Paul, Unfaithful - Rihanna and Sk8er Boi - Avril Lavigne. But she doesn't like Hips Don't Lie - Shakira or SOS (Rescue Me) - Rihanna. I have a hard time on deciding songs to put in the CD collection. Does anyone have any idea of what kind of songs she would like?
