seriuosly, my sister and i were discussing this the other day. i figured a lot of people probably don't think about it, especially when they are rushing in the shower.

I'm really surprised by the number of people who really make a point of washing their feet. What are you doing to them that requires scrubbing or getting them squeaky clean. I just figure that with the shampoo and soap running down there and all the water at the bottom of the shower, I don't really need to scrub them. If they are covered in dirt I suppose I'd pay more attention, but in general I think they don't deserve too much attention.

Good question! I let the water run over my feet if I'm showering in the morning. At night, I actually go wash in between the toes.

I tend not to actually wash my feet, unless they are particularly dirty or sandy when I get in the shower. Generally I was head to ankles, and maybe run the sponge across the top of my feet...the bottoms always appear clean regardless when I step out of the shower to dry off.

I wash my feet. I read one time that just letting the water run over them doesn't get them clean enough, but even before I read this I always washed my feet. Washing them not only cleans them but also sloughs off the dead skin cells.

The whole purpose of showering is to wash the body, this includes the feet.Unless your feet are removable.

A shower is for getting clean. Yes, I wash my feet, and scrub them too.

Wash them with soap and a brush--to get the old skin to come off. How else can you keep your footsies all soft and smooth? I hate scratching, dry skin on my feet--or anywhere else, for that matter!
