Okay, honey, now you are really taking me back to the 9th, grade, here.......Lets see, I do believe that was the "BiCentennial year", yes, it was... We had a "Bicentennial-School, dance" my partner & I won !! That was my all time favorite, school year, of all 13, school years... People use too say things like: "Rad", and oh, Lets get "Tubular" dude !! Of course, I hung-out with some "Surfers" as well, as the "Low-rider-types", I got along well with everyone........Everybody did, in those days.. It was mainly the guys who said the "Slangs", us girls pretty much, talked just normal.... The word "Cool" was still the word, "How's it goin'?" Was the greeting words...... And anything that was really cool, was "Radical" !!! Or "Tubular" ........The 70s, was a pretty laid-back, ara.... A "Decade" I really miss, to be quite honest with you!! Those were some of thee Best years, of my whole entire life !!! I had "Wonderful, friends!! The coolest teachers!! And, a really Awesome time with my friends, after school !!! I'm from the West Coast, so maybe, they'll be some imput from other states, about their 70s, "Slangs" . Good-Luck, to you ! Have Fun, with this, whatever it is your doing....Smile...
