Then the camera pans out and we see Rod and Todd with moustaches making furniture in the yard. What does Ned mean by saying "outed"?

OK it starts off with this little girl who has a clubhouse of secrets were other kids confess to her and she keeps them, she also keeps the broken things the kids have broken and fixes them.
