Downloading music is considered illegal, so you won't find internet websites. But you can dl programs like Limewire, which was mentioned above, or DC++ or any other peer to peer sharing program, though these are programs of questionnable legality.

go to www.limewire.com it is free to download the program. The program lets you download music pictures and programs. it is safe for your computer because it is a file share program. which means someone uploads a file to a web site and that site gives it to limewire. so their is no viurs. it is ilgeal too.

go to any torrent site and download it for free. but you need a torrent downloader. I cant believe a lot of people don't know about file sharing
