I mean really, does it really NEED to be that much. I was checking out some Nigerian Nollywood flicks, and ok granted theyr not the BEST in production terms, but you CAN put out a decent movie for a not so HUGE budget.

Exspecialy with the technology and resocurses thats comming out these days that make things so easy ..
Sometimes I look @ these small budget movies and they even cost MILLIONS, is that neccesary? Is someone being ripped off ?
