Perhaps it would help if your spelling and grammer in your question was correct, because I don't understand what you want.
I am assuming ceater means cheater, but there are no cheater points, and if there were they would cost anything. I think the cost of cheating for points within Yahoo Answers is a temporary ban from involvement with Yahoo! Answers, but this can escalate to a permanent ban from all Yahoo services, including mail, 360 and My Yahoo. I hope this helps you. Blessed Be!
