Robocop vs. Batman, Robocop would shred the Bat?

OCP takes Robocop from Detroit to Gotham, to test on Batman. OCP sets up Robocop next to the Bat-signal and signal Batman. What happens next?

OCP probably fed everything known about Batman into Robocop prior, using Robocop's neat spike data jack.

And OCP isn't owned by Wayne Inc. No 4th directive cop out.

So Robocop's gun pops out of his leg and he says, "Dead or Alive, you're coming with me." he targets Batman who moves to hit some button on his whatever...DUGGA, DUGGA, DUGGA, three rounds, end of story. How could Robocop fail?

Who liked the movie Tristan & Isolde, i cryed. James Franco is hawt.But the movie was rele sad?
