OCP takes Robocop from Detroit to Gotham, to test on Batman. OCP sets up Robocop next to the Bat-signal and signal Batman. What happens next?

OCP probably fed everything known about Batman into Robocop prior, using Robocop's neat spike data jack.

And OCP isn't owned by Wayne Inc. No 4th directive cop out.

So Robocop's gun pops out of his leg and he says, "Dead or Alive, you're coming with me." he targets Batman who moves to hit some button on his whatever...DUGGA, DUGGA, DUGGA, three rounds, end of story. How could Robocop fail?

Para, fro, rat...I'm unconvinced. I like the idea of anti-Robocop spray if Bruce had been tracking Robocop as a "new weapon technology", but Robocop has the drop on him BANG BANG BANG

Neo, I don't think OCP would bother telling Batman they were going to test Robocop on him. So how exactly would Batman know about Robocop waiting for him? I'm still unconvinced.

Crabby Lion: Electro Magnetic pulse would take out Robocop, but how exactly would Batman know to have one of those? It would be a standard item perhaps, but he would still need to be alerted to Robocop's setup near the BatSignal. Robocop has the drop on him...Pop Pop Pop

Jester: How smart does Robocop need to be to pull the trigger on his rapid fire personal cannon once Batman lands on the roof? Tatatatatat...no Bat.

Ok, ignoring the fact that Robocop would most likely NOT try to stop/kill/arrest Batman because he wouldnt be considered a criminal (Well, Wayne wouldnt...but if it was the Jean Paul Valley Batman, yes..but let's not get into the whole knightfall/knightquest headache), and ignoring the problems with the basic plot outline, I would have to hand it to Robocop. Murphy has 10 times the physical power of Batman, and he also has much better armor. Yes, I suppose if Wayne could get something to create a large enough EMP, he could 'short circuit' Murphy (temporarily) then find a way to incapacitate him. However, Batman would not just drop down next to the Bat Signal without first checking out the area- numerous villians have tried to suprise Batman like that in the past, and it has not worked. Most likely, Murphy would attempt to take Batman into custody, perhaps on charges of Assault, carrying concealed weapons, trespassing, intimidation, destruction of private property, and vigilantism. Wayne would most likely attempt to remove himself from the situation while he devised some plans, and considered the reasoning behind Robocop's actions. Now remember, we (as the readers/watchers) know alot more about these characters than would be commonly known to someone in the DCU or a futuristic OCP controlled Detroit. Robocop would likely learn very little about Batman, mostly gossip, rumour and conjecture from news articles.

Assuming that Robocop and Batman did have a knock down brawl, of course Robocop would beat the stuffing out of Batman. Even without his sidearm, Murphy is incredibly strong, able to bend steel and knock down concrete walls with his fists. Also, let us not forget that Robocop single-handedly defeated the entire Terminator menace (in the Robocop VS Terminator 4 part miniseries) by simply downloading his digital essence into the internet, cruising around as a digital being for 35 years, then using SKynet's own weapons and technology against itself. I'd like to see Batman do something like that. Robocop is similar to the Terminator in many ways- Murphy cannot be stopped, he cannot be reasoned with, he does not feel pity. If he reasoned that Batman needed to be arrested and taken into custody, there would not be a thing that Bruce Wayne could do to stop it. Sure, Batman would use every trick and gadget at his disposal, he would likely stop or slow down Murphy, but Robocop would just keep coming after him.
So that's why I vote for Robocop!

Robocop is just half a man, part machine. While he is stronger then Batman, Batman just has to high of an itelligence to be beat by a machine.

Batman wins

No contest.

Batman would pull a bottle of anti-Robocop spray from his utility belt and that's the end of the fight.

While both are "fierce warriors", against crime, I'm gonna have to say BATMAN!

"Physically", BRUCE WAYNE's not a cyborg -- and he "chose", to become BATMAN (ROBOCOP wasn't given a "choice"!)

When his "physical" body died, OCP carved him up, like a Thanksgiving turkey, then, they "molded" him, into ROBOCOP... (BRUCE WAYNE, still, has a pulse!)

All BATMAN -- or BRUCE WAYNE, for that matter -- would have to do, would be to use, SOME FORM, of "Electro-Magnetic Pulse" detonator, on ROBOCOP, powerful enough to crash the mainframe, of "OCP's Pride & Joy".... Then, dispose of his "body", at the nearest "incinerator"!

{....And, the winner is, and will always be, BATMAN -- by way of a TKO, on ROBOCOP!}
