It wouldn't hold on long and have no effect if it is not secured with something else. If you put a cable tie or something around it to keep it secure on the pipe, it would eventually blow up and either pop from the volume of gas, or burst from the heat. I would not recommend doing this in an enclosed space.
Carbon monoxide poisoning is likely to not be an issue due to the fast expanse of gasses into the condom and the time to reach the breaking point or bursting point.

Unlike a potato stuck in the pipe, this would do no harm. It would either blowup and break or the heat from the exhaust would pop it.
The problem is that it would not be observed by the driver. Filling the car with condom balloons would.

Sure, go for it- but the thing is going to melt from the heat very fast. Put it inside the car somewhere instead. If the car has a stick shift, that would be a funny place for it.

Of course not! The exhaust would get stuck in the pipe and pretty soon, KA-BOOM! The car blows up.

the condom would have to be massive for you to be poisoned or for the exhaust to go into the car but when you start feeling drowsy you would notice somthing it would be safe dont worry if you are worried about the monoxide check with a doc or somthing but you need alot please make a video of it

I doubt it. Instead of the condom filling up and popping off, it will probably just make the car fill with poisonous carbon monoxide gas, killing your friend. It's wayyy to risky.

it will just pop. when i got married someone put a balloon over the exhaust pipe it just blew up and popped within a matter of seconds.

It would have no effect, I was once saw a show where they shoved a potato into a tailpipe and the car just shot it out.

I have done this and it doesn't work.
The pipe gets to hot and the rubber melts

It would not harm the car any. Make sure it's snug, use duct tape to make sure it doesn't blow off when the mark starts the engine.
