The father built the lavishly fancy boat for the son.

what is the word lavishly here?
an adverb or adjective.

I want to revise this sentence not revising the adjective peaceful but revising the part that says "at least" I am referring to someone's house my friend was at and they were worried how people would be acting towards him and who would be there. This is sentence I want revised, thanks. Would like writers and teachers anyone who has good writing skills but just dont tell me to leave it as is because I want to revise
"At least everyone was peaceful."
