I will attempt to give a synopsis of my on-going mini series:

U.S.Marshal Matt Dillon had gone to Virginia to fetch Sunshine MacGillicutty, his girlfriend. She was in her hometown comforting a friend who had been recently widowed. Matt had feared that her friend, Kevin Dunbar, would transfer his feelings of grief into feelings of love for Sunshine. What Matt didn't know was that Kevin and Sunshine had once had a relationship, prior to the two of them breaking up and marrying others.
Kevin had helped Sunshine through the dark days following the death of her husband. Now she was trying to help him.
After Matt and Sunshine had reunited, they were traveling home to Kansas on a train when it was held up. Sunshine was taken hostage. Matt rescued her, of COURSE!! And now they had finally made it back to their farm, just outside Dodge City, proper.
