Where is this sentence derived from? Basically, If I call my friend this, I am insulting his mom/dad. So then what would "gun" mean in this context, if anything at all?

well my grandma gets cold very easily and she doesn't own any blankets ((she is very poor because she spent all he money on her gamling problem and peanut butter, she really likes how it sticks to the top of her mouth, she sometimes even brushes her teeth with it))and i feel very badly for her. Her head gets espically cold because she has no hair, she lost it in the war. It's a horrible story anyway she often asks me to rub her head to keep it warm but i think i would feel more comfortable if i just sat on it. The only problem is i don't want her to get brain damage and i have bad balance any way....what are some alternatives to sitting on her? Hats are not an option....she is allergic to all fabric...which explains why i can't wear pants when i sit on her. This is a very big delema and i would very much appreciate your advice even though i have no idea who you are!
