she's empathetic FOR the team. Because u are saying she feels sorry for the team. You wouldn't say she feels sorry with the team.

She's empathetic toward the team.

She has empathy for the team.

She shows empathy for the team.

She empathizes with the team.

The better thing here is to say, "She has empathy for the team." But give the guy above me the credit- he said it first.

(Or you could say, "She empathizes with the team.")
