This is used to describe someone who sits as a 2nd passenger in a vehicle and tells the driver how to navigate his directions before he can. Is there any information on who first used this and around what year ?

An apartment complex owner was having tons of problems with one of his 10 floor apartment bulidings. The laundry room on the second floor was constantly flooding which caused the ceilings of half of the tenants on the frst floor to have water damage. The seventh floor needed repainting every two weeks because of vandalism and graffiti. To add icing to the cake, the elevator was always malfunctioning. This building was going to bankrupt him (with repairs) if he didn't come up with a solution. He talked to a contractor and was told that the best solution was to service the washing machines and elevator then get rid of 1 level in the building. By eliminating a floor, he would lose the rent from those apatments but would come out on top at the end of the day (less water, electricity, repairs etc for that floor) The owner followed the suggestion of the contractor and everything was better than he ever would have expected.

What floor do you think the contractor removed and why??

there was this boy and his dad they were out drivin one day until a big deisal hit em in the car well the dad was announced dead at the seen but the boy was carrried to the nearest hopital!!! when he got into the emergency room the er doctor freaked out and couldnt work on the kid!!!!!! y did the doctor do this??
