"Canceled" is the American spelling of the English word "Cancelled".
If a word ends in "-lled" in UK English, it becomes "-led" in American English.
Other common American English word endings include "-er" instead of "-re" (e.g. center instead of centre), "-or" instead of "-our" (e.g. color, colour), and "-ize" instead of "-ise" (e.g. categorize, categorise).
I hope this helps.

There is no difference other than the spelling. They both mean the same thing and either spelling is correct.
