I am getting ready to take the praxis II Physics test (0265) in order to show highly qualified status. Does anyone know how it is scored, or how many of the 100 questions I need to get write to get a passing score of 141? Also, anybody got any study tips on it?

I am enrolled in Kaplan ACT prep classes. Saturday was my first day so we took our diagnostic ACT test. It was the practice one and i got a 19. I know that i just started the class so i have so much more to learn but im kind of discouraged about my 19. That's such a bad score. I did worst on math and science...math because i simply took too long i guess and i didnt remeber much of the questions. Also science because i didnt even get to the third and fourth passage when the lady said "5 minutes".
Any words of advice??
Plus...does anyone know of any ACT prac. exams online which i can take but which times me....that's what i need to work on most..i cant time myself so i need something that will time for me

I have mid-terms coming up this wed. and i have been studying all weekend but i am do not think i am motivated enough.. i take more breaks than i need to and I really do not want to just look over the materal and not be motivated to learn it.. does this happen to anyone else? If so how do you get movated?

I have an 88% in algebra 2 going into the semester final. math is easy for me, so the only reason i dont have an A is because i slacked off.

anyways is it theoretically possible for me to pull that up to a 90% due to the final exam? if i knew the conditions of the grading system, i would do the math myself. (what i mean by that is, i dont know what % the exam is worth towards my final grade).

assuming its 20%, and it wouldn't be higher, i need to get a perfect score. which is possible, this stuff is pretty basic. but im skeptical i can pull it off and get an A. im hoping someone can prove me wrong.

everyone makes such a big deal about finals, but when you really think about it, unless you bomb a test your grade won't change much at all. and in my case, that sux cuz its gonna be hard to raise it.

i have a biology test tomorrow, and yeah i didn't so for sure i am going to fail it...big shock. on friday; i wasted my chatting with people on msn. saturday; woke up @ 12:00p.m, and i don't know how the whole day passed. today, i woke up @ 12:00p.m wasted it all watching tv and sitting on the computer.
it is like i been repeating this horrible routine over and over. and @ the end i regret it all. clearly i need a life.

i don't know what canged, i mean i didn't use to be like this, wat happened...i missing up my dream (doctor).

there is this thought in my mind that tells me that there is no reason of doing all this, when at the end i am gonna die.

what should i do, to prevent myself from doing the same mistake over and over.
