I have the SATs in a week and I take practice tests and I do fairly well (yesterday I got a 2190), but i know under pressure I will get nervous and perform poorly. Any suggestions?

I got a 680 on my U.S. SAT II. I wondered should I retake that in November along with my other SAT II subjects, or just leave it be and take other subjects instead? I want to take Math 2, Japanese and Chinese in Nov. However which one should I not take if I were to retake the U.S.? Plz help.

Hi, I took the SATs for the first time and I'm kind of confused on the way it works and was wondering do you add only the math, critical reading, and writing, and forget about the multiple choice and essay?? Also if my score is good enough?

Critical Reading 480 41%
Math 450 27%
Writing 430 27%
Multiple Choice 40 (score range: 20-80)
Essay 8 (score range: 2-12)

You see, I am a High School Freshman who is really wanting to go to Stanford after I graduate. Many Stanford applicants win great awards/do astounding achievements. But I feel I am not doing anything. My profile:
I have taken the hardest classes offered to a freshman:
Alg 2 Hon : A
English 9 Hon: A
Biology : A
Art: A-
P.E.: A
French 1: A

My GPA: 4.0
Rank : 1 of 490
Awards: 1) Dept Awards for Excellence in Biology 2) Top 15 Freshman Award 3) Dept Awards for Excell in Math.

I havent even applied/got any scholarships nor have I participated in any competitions (except for the AMC 10 which I nearly became a finalist if I got 4 questions right)

AM I IN THE RIGHT TRACK??? Please GUIDE ME!!

Ok...Im a 8th grade student who usually gets high 80s and 90s. My grades are salowly dropping, and I cant seem to stop them. I just recently recieved a math test with a grade od 29%!!!!!! Im afraid going to fal 3 subjects on my report card, and Im going to a privet highschool.!!! What should I do?

No matter how hard I try i can;t break 500 on the math section! Its driving me crazy!!! Anybody know how it feels and have gotten past a math slump! Please help me that next SAT i take is in 9 days!!

i asked my teacher if i can still pass her course... instead of giving me a straight yes or no answer she decides to say:

"You completed 13 out of 26 of the assignments.
You did very well on the assignments that you did submit,
but unfortunately, there are 13 assignments that you are getting
zero on because you did not do them. This course work is worth
70% of your mark and your exam is worth 30%."

^ I'm Gonna Be STUDYING HARD, JUST So I can get a really HIGH score on the upcoming final exam...but even with my high mark on the exam can i still PASS the course?
****(Passing Mark is 50%+)******

On my exam i plan to get 85%-100%, i know i can do it too.

Hi,

When I was a kid I had a major operation on my back which meant I was in hospital for 2 years and didn't get much schooling at the time.

Consequently, I only left school with a CSE grade 2 in Physics. When I left hospital I was able to get qualifications in college, but I was wondering if anyone knows what a grade 2 would be if I had taken this as a GCSE?

Hi everyone, I was interested in taking the Pharmacy Tech exam to become a certified Pharmacy Technician, but I'm having trouble finding a good study guide. Also, I have seen that there are classes available over the course of a semester, but I believe that if I have access to a good study guide that I should be able to pass the exam.

Anyone with any information would be great. Thanks for your help.
