I am 56 and when I was about 35 and in your shoes, a very wise teacher of teachers said to me "In the face of all eternity", so think about it. what is the very worst that could happen to you if you failed ? As life passes by you will be happy to have a body that functions, friends that love you etc. You may also have anxiety problems and you might talk to a dr. if this happens a lot and if you are of the reserved tpe, you probably have test anxiety, very very normal and not connected to any level of IQ, but connected to personality type. I have an aggressive outgoing personality and not much rattles my cage so tests didn't bother me. Being around rich people rattles my cage :) hang in there, you will live thru it , or "this too shall pass whether it be good or bad" and sometimes if I do get rattled, I say to myself, can I make it thru the day until tonight and that sounds easy.

The best thing you can do is eat something comforting and know that you can only do your best now. There is no point in getting stressed- it will be done by tonight - and life goes on!! Also try breathing properly - if you have time lie down and breath in and out fully - listen to some of your fave music that inspires you and makes you smile. Best of luck, petal.

paint your nails before revising, when your in the exam look at your nails and you should be reminded of what you revised. have a glass of water to make you less nervous. I'm doing exams too so i know how you feel.
